Sup Kacang Merah

Bahan :
100 gr daging
100 gr kacang merah
1 tangkai seledri, ikat
Garam dan merica secukupnya
250 gr wortel
1 tangkai daun bawang, dipotong kasar
2 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
5 bawang merah, potong halus

Cara :

  1. Rebus daging sampai lunak betul. Angkat dan potong kecil-kecil. Begitu pula kacang merah. Setelah lunak, tiriskan.
  2. Tambahkan air pada kaldu daging sampai 1 liter. Rebus kembali sampai mendidih. Masukkan wortel dan masak sampai matang.
  3. Masukkan daun bawang, seledri, bumbu lain, daging dan kacang merah. Setelah mendidih sekali, angkat dan hidangkan dalam keadaan panas.

Red Kidney Bean Soup

Ingredients :
100 gr meat beef
100 gr Red Kidney Bean
1 stalk Celery
Salt and Pepper (or to taste)
250 gr Carrot
1 stalk green onion/spring onion, cut coarse
2 cloves garlic, into to paste
5 shallot, cut finely

Method :

  1. Boil meat beef until tender. Dram and cut very small. Boil red kidney bean until tender. If tender, dram again.
  2. Add water to beef stok until 1 liter. Boil again. And then add carrot and cooking until tender.
  3. Fry shallot until aromatic, and then add green onion, cooking a moment.
  4. Add no. 3 into beef stok, salt, pepper, meat beef and red kidney bean. If boiling, you finish cooking. Server hot.

Ini menu favorit mertuaku. pertama kenal sop ini waktu ta’aruf, diajak makan siang bareng sama camer. eh, sekarang jadi favorit juga. bravo kacang merah.

@Twis : Mbak orang Indonesia ya.. saya lupa mencantumkan minyak goreng untuk menumis.

Resepnya aslinya ga pake tumisan … Saya sendiri belum coba, karena ga suka kacang merah :D

Mo nambahin dikit ya.
Sebaiknya ngrebus kacangnya pake kacang merah segar. itupun perlu l.k. 1 jam sape kacang merahnya ada yg merekah (tapi gak sampe kayak kacang ijo). trus air rebusannya dibuang (sayang sebetulnya) karena kacang-2an itu pemicu gas dalam lambung. bagi yang gak tahan bisa kembung & bentar-2 buang gas 8-)
kalo pake kacang merah kering, rendam dulu pake air panas semalaman, biar paginya udah mekar dan siap rebus spt kacang basah.
