Ayam Bekakak

Bahan :
1 ekor ayam (1 kilogram)
Garam dan merica secukupnya
1 potong asam
2 sendok makan minyak
10 butir bawang merah
3 siiung bawang putih
4 buah cabai merah
2 buah tomat
1 potong serasi
1/2 sendok teh ketumbar
Garam dan merica secukupnya
1 sendok makan kecap manis
1 tangkai serai, dimemarkan

Cara Membuat :

  1. Campur garam, merica, air asam dan minyak. Olesi pada ayam. Biarkan selama 1 jam. Bakar selama 10 menit.
  2. Angkat ayam dan olesi kembali campuran tadi. Bakar kembali selama 10 menit.
  3. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, tomat, terasi, ketumbar, garam, merica. Tumis sampai harum bersama serai. Tambahkan kecap manis dan 500 cc air. Masukkan ayam ke dalamnya. Biarkan hingga airnya berkurang separuh.
  4. Bakar kembali sampai matang.
