Durian Cake (Kue Talam Durian)

Original Cooking from Central Sulawesi (Celebes), Indonesia

Ingredients :
1 litre coconut milk, from 2 coconut
250 gram durian meat
5 eggs
300 gram all-purposed flour
500 gram granulated sugar
1/2 can sweet condensed milk

Mix well coconut milk and durian. Blend well eggs and sugar a mixer. Gradually add flour and milk while continue mixing. Pour coconut milk and durian mixture. Blend well. Heat cake mould in a steamer. Pour cake mix into the mould. Steam on medium heat until done.

Makes : 25 servings
